Last week our Keelby Switch machine refused to recognise our phone line, so a new one came out to us on Saturday morning. The new one wouldn't work either, so David tried plugging into different phone sockets, and eventually asked BT to boost the voltage on the phone line. Nothing worked, so he tried the new machine at Limber, proving the new machine was faulty. We are now awaiting a replacement for the replacement! We hope to do phone top-ups and payment by cards very soon - thanks for your patience!
